Cyclo Cross Coaching Sessions Whitworth Park Wednesday Evenings June 25 July 2 & 9th

As its mid summer its time to get the cross bikes out and prepare for the NDCXL season! Following straight on from the road race coaching at DFS on Wednesday evenings, there are going to be 3 CX coaching sessions in Whitworth Park, 6.30pm to 8pm, Wednesday 25th June, Wednesday 2nd July and Wednesday 9th July, sessions similar to the Lea Green ones at the end of last year, aimed at youth and adults alike - enjoy!

A reminder - it would be good to see some adults in these sessions as well as me!

Bump - its this week. Whether you are a beginner looking to start in the NDCXL this season or an experienced rider, young or old these sessions are aimed at you learning and honing your skills and have a lot of fun at the same time all for £2! If you haven't got a cross bike a mountain bike is fine - see you there!
