Open Time trials entered

Just another update of opens I have entered if anyone has any interest?

J2/9 Sat 5th July
o22/1 Wednesday 9th July (Starts Wadshelf)
C10/28 Sat 12th July
A25/32 Sat 26th July
O25/11 Saturday 16th August
A10/11 Sat 23rd August
O10/1 Sat 30th August

Might do the first. Trying to confirm start time as I've never come across a Saturday morning event on the J2/9 and M&DTTA site gives the solo event on Sat 5th and the tandem event on Sun 5th!

Thinking about the second, but it's the day after the inter-club and I'm getting too old for back to back events!

Also considering the third, but there's another 25 on the J2/9 that afternoon.

Confirmed with organiser that Sat 5th event IS 0900 start. It's to let folk get away for Le Tour.

Sorry Paddy, but just offered my apologies. Too many issues with "The Oldies" to be sorted at the moment.

Another one for the list - the ANDCC lighthouse trophy TT on Sunday 7th September on the Granby A25/2 course - lovely course which despite being in the lanes East of Nottingham can be quick if it's not windy (pb of 55:55 on that course). Unfortunately the lighthouse trophy is presented to the fastes team from Notts so we wouldn't count but usual individual prizes to go for and there is usually a great competitive buzz around the event between the clubs. Mapperley won last year - probably favourites again but over a team of 5 riders anything can happen on the day. Usually clashes with the first NDCXL round but doesn't this year so I am entering for a blast around one of my favourite courses :-)
