Slow Rides Empty Slow Rides

I'm interested in joining the Monday slow rides but would like to know a little bit more about time/ distance/ pace/ routes.
I'm OK on roads/ trail rides but not so good on hills and wouldn't want to hold people up.

Rides are about 30 miles, we ride 15 miles into the wind to a café, then ride back, normally back to start at 12.30 - 13.00. Meet in Cromford Market Place at 09.30, Mondays. If it is raining it is likely nobody will attend.
