UK Cycling Events Sportive assistance

UK Cycling Events have sent the club the following message:

UK Cycling Events will be hosting The Peaks Tour Sportive on Sunday 15 May 2016 and The Peaks Punisher Sportive on Sunday 11 September 2016. Both events start and finish at The Bakewell Showground.

We would like to invite members of the Matlock Cycling Club to ride for free in exchange for 1-2 hours volunteering on the morning of the event. Our volunteers usually work on Event Registration or Car Parking and are fully supported, briefed and advised by one of our team, so you will always be in good hands.

Our events offer a choice of 3 fully signposted routes and include:

• Feed Stops en-route

• Electronic chip timing
• Bike wash facilities
• Pick-up wagons
