Message from organiser Dean Hughes:

These sessions will be 1000-1200 on road surface for skills & groups riding in the morning followed by a lunch break then onto to the track 1300-1500. You will need a road bike for the morning session and track bikes are available for the afternoon session. Competent riders only please - no beginners. If you are competent on road & off road bikes then you will be OK on the track even its its your first time. Sessions are for 10 - 16 years.
