Novice Womens Road Race Coaching 7th March

Hi there,

I'd appreciate it if you could forward this on to any women and girls within your club who may be interested in giving road and circuit racing a try.

On Saturday 7th March from 9-1 BC Level 3 Road and TT Coach Huw Williams will be leading a
Novice Women's Road Coaching Session at Curborough Sprint Circuit near Litchfield (WS13 8EJ).

It will be an introduction to all the key techniques and skills for road and circuit racing including group riding skills, fast cornering, race tactics, training and preparation.

The cost will be £20 per rider payable on the day.

Places are limited to 40, so pre-booking is essential - please email me (elisamcdonagh@gmail.com) to reserve.

We will be joined on the day by two of the best local racers Lucy Shaw from Matrix Profitness and Phoebe Martin form Cadence (Lichfield CC rider).
