Well done all who took part in tough conditions with some excellent performances again including Will winning and a 1,2,3 in the U12 girls.

Thanks to everyone who has helped this season. A few people have commented on the momentum building in the club with the great coaching sessions, let's hold that thought for next season and let's see if we can have an even better season for the club across all the age groups!

Our first CX season as a family and have to say the Matlock set up is brilliant and the camaraderie is fantastic. Thanks to everyone who helps make it that way.

Yes there has been a great atmosphere and support. Just one thought for next season - would those that are listed as unattached please consider joining the club and making sure they put in the club name on the start sheet - there is a NDCXL club participation trophy so every point counts whether you are at the sharp end of the race or not!

I am also going to ask the committee to think about the pros and cons of a club jetwasher which would be for use by members across all age groups.

I've found that if I apply on line through BC with the kids under my own name it doesn't list their club for some reason (they have joined!) although we usually write it on the sheet when registering.

Club jet wash is a great idea...other than price I don't see any cons, we'd all be responsible for bringing our own water of course. Would be great to give all the bikes a quick once over at the end of the day.
