Reminder of the details:-

The sessions are open to both adults and children, and to non-MCC members as well. A certain amount of fitness will be necessary (not for the complete novice) as there will be a lot of riding in the 90 minutes.

The cost is £2 per rider per session, payable on the night at registration, and you will need the following:-

- Bike - preferably Cyclo Cross bike but a MTB would suffice

- Helmet

- Gloves

- Suitable Clothing

- Good front light

- Snacks and Water
