Forest Town Track League Dates 2014

2014 Programme:
Every Monday - opening with 3 coaching / familiarisation and registration nights on 7th, 14th and 28th April. Racing starts 5th May and runs to 1 September.

Volunteer roles

Organiser
Register event with Region and BC
Ensure event paperwork is complete and submitted
Forward monies to League Treasurer
Define event programme

Chief Comm
A qualified BC Commissaire
Oversee event safety – check risk assessment
Oversee racing
Direct volunteers

Asst Comm
A qualified BC Assistant Commissaire

Support Chief Comm
Oversee racing activities as directed by Chief Comm

Brief riders
Start races

Time Keeper
Record race results and times

First Aider
A qualified First Aider

Track side first aid support

Signing On (2 per event)
Check licences
Take money
Issue numbers

Gate 1
Allow riders onto the track when directed by a Commissaire
Call rider groups in readiness for racing

Gate 2
Allow riders to exit the track when directed by a Commissaire
