Staffordshire Regimental Association Charity Bike ride 8 / 9 August

I am writing, to you in regards to the annual Staffordshire

Regimental Associations Burton Branch’s Fund raising, Bike Ride

which is taking part on the 8th and 9th of August 2015.

Our hope, and aim is to raise awareness of our local charity,

organization which is there to aide former service personnel in the

At this time we are looking for major sponsorships from local

companies & Local Cyclists' Clubs so I am writing to yourselves to ask

if you would be willing to support us in this effort so we can raise

funds to further our efforts, to aid former ex services personnel in the

local community & surrounding areas.

Any support you could give us, in this event would be much

appreciated and we would be very grateful, if you could consider

aiding us in this event any support you feel that you could supply to

us in this matter and any One who would like to take part in this event

would be very helpful as we started this event last year with 15 riders

and support for our event is growing and we would like to offer you

the opportunity to be a part of this event.




We are holding a BBQ & Live entertainment at the Beacon hotel on

Tutbury Road on the 8th of August in the evening starting at around

19:30 Hrs., and all are welcome to attend this event,

We Hope to build this event in to a regular event every year and if

you feel that you are able to give us support in the event could you

inform us as soon as possible and supply us with a copy of your Logo

so that we can include it to our supporters banner and so we can

include you with our PR Department, as all those companies & Local

Cyclists' Clubs who support us in the event will have coverage in the
