Track cluster session 26 October

Hi All

There is a Track cluster session at Manchester Velodrome on the 26th October 2014 and here is the info from the organising club coaches -The session is split into 3 areas novice, intermediate and advanced therefore there is scope to include all levels.
There is no minimum age, but the rider must be able to sustain 14mph for the 20 minutes session.

They prefer that they can ride rollers.

Session Time 12 noon – 3pm Please arrive by 11am so that you are signed on, in your groups, warmed up and ready to be on the track at 12 noon.

Bring your rollers if you have a set or borrow some, so that you can warm up before and after each session. There may also be some skills sessions in between track time.
£15 entry fee plus British Cycling Costs
